Guide to the Registration Process for the 67th Annual Meeting of the International Association of Judges in Baku


To streamline the registration process and ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have implemented an account-based registration system. This will allow attendees to manage their information efficiently before final submission.
Step-by-Step Registration Guide

1. Create an Account
• Visit the official event registration page.
• Click on "Create an Account" and provide your email address and a secure password.
• A confirmation email will be sent to verify your account.
 

2. Complete Your Profile
• Log in to your account and fill in all required personal and professional details.
• You can save your progress at any time and return later to update your information before final submission.
 

3. Provide Travel & Accommodation Details
• Enter your flight details, including arrival and departure times.
• Specify your hotel information or select one of the recommended accommodations.
• These fields are mandatory and must be completed before finalizing registration.
 

4. Submit Passport Information
• Enter your passport details.
• This information is necessary for visa support and official documentation.
 

5. Submit Your Registration
• Once all required fields are completed, you must submit your registration before the deadline.
• After submission, changes will no longer be possible.
 

6. Receive Confirmation & Visa Support Letter
• After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email, including visa support letter 
 

Registration Deadline
All participants must submit their registration by June 30, 2025.
